Pre-orders are available for popular and bestselling items that are not currently in stock. However, you can still place your order as per normal if you’d like to secure your item, without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online. Demand can be very high on certain items, and frequently they can sell out completely via pre-order before they physically arrive in stock.

To pre-order an item, click “Add to Cart” and check-out as usual, making a full payment.

Please note when ordering a pre-order item, we ask that you check-out and pay for the order separately to other items you would like to purchase. This will allow us to ship your other non-pre-order items straightaway. Your pre-order will then be sent after the arrival date. Once your pre-order item is available to us, your order will be dispatched within 2 working days.

Production time can vary, but this will be specified in the product’s description. Please note that delays may occur, mainly due to production times and shipping, and therefore dates are not guaranteed.
