Tracking your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your order details and tracking number, which you can use to track your order online.
Your tracking number will not activate to show movement until the parcel is scanned, at the first courier-specific sorting facility, generally 24 hours or so after you receive your shipping notification.
Order Processing
Stock permitting, all orders are dispatched within 48 hours, Monday – Friday. Items purchased over the weekend, or on UK Bank Holidays, will be processed on the next business day. If, for any reason, an item is out of stock, we will contact you via email, and a full refund will be issued. Orders must be made before 12pm to ensure next day delivery.
During sale periods, order processing and delivery times may take longer than usual. Unfavourable weather conditions and international customs are not factored into delivery times and may cause delays. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to amend your order or change the delivery address.
Delivery
We offer both domestic and international shipping on most items. We deliver to the UK, Europe, US and Worldwide.
Free delivery within the UK and Europe when you spend over £250.
Free delivery to the US and Rest of the World when you spend over £400.
All deliveries will require a signature. This is to ensure that we can track the parcel. Your delivery fee includes a signature service, and we do this to ensure your parcel arrives safely with you.

International packages may be subject to customs charges upon entering your country. These fees are not included in our shipping cost, and are the customer’s responsibility to pay.
Items that are unclaimed by a customer, and are returned to us, will not be reshipped unless all incurred fees are paid for.
We do not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for an item not received due to an incorrect shipping address.
Returns
We take great care to ensure that your item arrives in perfect condition, and hope that you will love your order; however, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it, we are happy to offer a full refund.
The items you are returning will be refunded on the condition that it is received by us in perfect, saleable condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged. Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials. BRL will not accept products returned without the relevant label or seal, or items that have been altered from the original status, worn or damaged.
You must return your item/s within 14 days of your parcel’s arrival at your delivery address, and we would appreciate it if you inform us of your intention to send them back to us within 7 days.

Once the returned items are received by us, you will receive a confirmation email, stating that we have started the Returns Process. A further email will then be sent to you when the process has been finalized. Please allow 5-7 working days for the Returns Process.
Successful returns will be credited to the original payment method, and may take 3 – 5 working days to reappear in your account, depending on your card provider.
Returns outside of the stated timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of our team.
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund: hosiery, hair accessories, earrings or sets that include earrings. Made to Order items are also non-refundable. These items are considered to be “Final Sale”, and are therefore not eligible for return. “Final Sale Items” will have a note “Item is Not Eligible For Return” on the product page, as well as in your confirmation email.
