Made to Order

For Made to Order products all sales are final and cannot be cancelled at the point of purchase. Due to the special nature of our merchandise, we cannot accommodate exchanges, returns or refunds under any circumstances. We ask that you review your order carefully, and we strongly encourage you to learn as much as you can about the items you are selecting before your purchase. Please be sure of the style, colour, size, length and any other specifications before submitting your order.

If you need help with any of the above, please do not hesitate to contact our Online Wedding Stylist. If we are not available, please send us an email to info@blueribbonsandlace.co.uk and we will respond within 48hrs.

IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE: DYE LOT VARIATION.

Colours on screen may vary to the actual product. Even though the colour of the fabric sourced is as close as possible to the original colour shown, we will not be held liable for any minor variation in colour. Most variations are slight and a shade off.

Please note, payments will be processed in full, including shipping charges if applicable, at the time your order is placed.

You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, will be sent to you once your order is fulfilled.

The production time is our best estimate and does not include shipping times. Production times are not guaranteed. We highly recommend ordering your item sooner rather than later to ensure that you will receive it in plenty of time.

Rush orders – We accept rush orders for an additional fee. Fees vary from £100 to £280 depending on the timeframe required. Please email us prior to purchase so that we can ensure that we have room in our schedule to meet your deadline. If you do not contact us, we cannot guarantee that your item will arrive by your required date.

Our packaging: your order will arrive in our beautifully designed boxes, tied with our trademark Blue Ribbon.

Shipping for UK on Made to Order is complementary. International shipping on Made to Order is also complementary.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED: to protect your purchase, all our Made to Order Items require a signature on delivery.

TAXES & DUTY: clients are responsible for all duty and VAT payments required for importing the ordered item/s.
